How will your group participate?

Education Booths

Fee for an 8’x8’ space: $50.00-3 days. Some fee waivers will be granted on a need to need basis. Non-profit organizations do not pay the booth fee, given they provide the proper documentation.

All Booths

Sales at Education Booths are solely for the purpose of benefiting Non- Profit groups. We reserve the right to remove groups violating these guidelines.

Items must directly relate to your groups purpose.
No food or drink sales
No single item can be sold for more than $20.00
All sales permitted under the discretion of Education Coordinators.

Application Checklist

I have read and understand all the information provided to me in this application packet. I am aware that participation in this event is contingent upon acceptance of this application by the Whole Earth Festival, and also by representation of the UC Davis campus. I realize that failure to comply with the stated requirements is grounds for being excluded from Festival Participation.

I understand that if my booth contains products which are prohibited or have been misrepresented, or if any agents represented by my booth engage in misconduct, the Festival staff can remove my booth from the Festival at any time. I understand that fees already paid will not be refunded in the event that I am excluded from participation.

Furthermore, I understand that logistical or ideological problems may make it difficult for the Festival to accept all or part of my contribution to this event. Finally, I understand that all applications are subjected to a jury process.
