Musicians: IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AND HAVE NOT FILLED OUT A VIN FORM & SENT IN YOUR AUTO INSURANCE, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE QUAD!!

Please fill out the "VIN" (vehicle identification form) and e-mail it to parking(at)wef(dot)ucdavis(dot)edu with the subject: EntertainmentVIN-Bandname. Copies of Auto insurance can be faxed in pre-festival to 530-752-8548 or brought with you to show at the gate!

Please mail in your press kit November through February.  Applications will not be considered after March 1.
