Crafts

"Our possessions and creations should be respected and well cared for, as they are gifts from the earth and one day will be given back to the Earth"                       The vendors selected for the 40th Whole Earth Festival were chosen not only for the originality and beauty of their art, but for their growing use of sustainable practices and materials and their effort to minimize their ecological footprint. By supporting local and handmade craft businesses, you as their customer are also minimizing your footprint. "Sustainalovability" is about replenishing what we take, and having fun in the process. We hope you enjoy what you find here, and be sure to check out our new Crafter's dome: "Jose's Bazaar for Independent crafters". Who is Jose? Well to celebrate WEF's 40th anniversary we have dedicated this year's Bazaar to Jose Arguelles, one of the original founders of the Whole Earth Festival. Thanks and Enjoy~ Maya & Kathleen.

Food

We love food! WEF is a zero-waste, sustainable, socially sensitive and animal friendly festival, which is why we serve vegetarian food only! All food vendors are expected to comply with the WEF zero-waste policy which involves using reusable dishes as  well as maintaining their own smart environmental standards so that together we can work to make this festival delcious and zero-waste for everyone involved! Come on out and treat your taste buds!

This year we will be featuring the following food artisans:

Xochimilco, Pedemonte & Co, Aroma Catering, Lydia's Organics, Merry Popsters, Aisa, The Eggroll People, Big Bob's Kebobs, Blue Sun Cafe, India Gourmet, Blue Sun Cafe, Aisu Pop, Tante's, Pie for the People, Herbal Junction, Cafe Mam, The Pepper Peddler, Friends with Food, and Get Fried Rice.
